What areas do you serve?

 I primarily serve Winnipeg, Island lakes.  travel Fees is included in my service price. For locations beyond that, a slightly bigger travel fee may apply, which we can confirm at the time of booking.

What services do you offer and do you offer nail art, and is there an extra charge?

I offer a wide range of services including:

  • Gel Manicures & Pedicures

  • Acrylic & BIAB/Gel-X Extensions

  • Nail Art & Design

  • Nail Repair

  • Regular Polish Manicures

  • Paraffin Wax Treatments (add-on)

    A full, detailed service menu with prices is available on my website/booking site.

And yes, I offer nail art! Simple designs like glitter, foil, or simple lines are often included. More complex, hand-painted designs, intricate ombrés, or 3D charms and designs will have an additional charge based on the time and materials required.

What should I do to prepare for your arrival?

To ensure the best service, please:
* Have a clear space ready at a table.
* Ensure pets are secured in another room for their safety and to avoid interruptions.
* Remove any old nail polish.
* Have your hands and feet clean

How do you sanitize your tools?

Your safety is my top priority. All my non-porous, metal tools are sterilized in an FDA-approved autoclave or hospital-grade disinfectant between every client. All files, buffers, and pedicure paddles are single-use and disposed of after your service. I proudly practice a "no double-dipping" policy for all products.

What if I have a nail fungus or infection?

 For the health and safety of all my clients, I cannot perform services on nails with suspected fungal or bacterial infections. I recommend you see a dermatologist or podiatrist for treatment. Once the issue is resolved, I would be happy to schedule an appointment for you!

Can I have a service with my friends or for a party?

It would have to be individual unless You contact me directly to discuss group rates, availability, and the logistics for your event. A deposit is usually required to secure the date for groups.

Can I watch TV or use my phone during the appointment?

Of course! This is your time to relax. Feel free to watch your favorite show, listen to music, or scroll through your phone. Just try to keep the hand I'm not working on still.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 48 hours  notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This policy respects the time I have reserved exclusively for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, and e-transfer, if not already paid online o My Booking site and  you personally reached out to me via Instagram DM, email etc..  and personally Scheduled Payment is due at the completion of your service.

What if I break a nail after my appointment?

I offer a 3-5 day grace period for a single nail repair free of charge, provided the nail is not intentionally ripped off and the natural nail is intact. Repairs beyond that window or for multiple nails will incur a small fee.
